We are a general building contractor employing joiners, plumbers, electricians, painters, plasterers, bricklayers, roofers, ground workers and carry out works from £25.00 up to £1,000,000.00. We have in place all Health & Safety requirements and employ a “responsible person” who takes care of all our health and safety requirements. We cover an area for a particular customer of Scotland, North England and Northern Ireland but most of our areas covered for general and tender works in Scotland.

Our scope of works covers:

Repair to all buildings – domestic/commercial/industrial
Maintenance works – domestic/commercial/industrial
General building works – domestic/commercial/industrial
Refit and fitout works – domestic/commercial/industrial
Ground works – domestic/commercial/industrial
Strip out works – domestic/commercial/industrial
Fire/flood/storm repairs – domestic/commercial/industrial
Electrical contracting – domestic/commercial/industrial

As well as carrying most of our own trades, we have a very good database of previously used, regular sub contractors and specialist sub contractors and specialist suppliers.
